Hi, I’m Stephanie
artist & writer
I document the mysterious,
wonder-filled, & otherworldly
experience.
I have three guiding principles for my work.
1.Creativity is a spiritual path.
It’s a path of growth and healing (which is scientifically proven, by the way).
But it’s also a path where we can experience the mysteries that inhabit our inner world.
2. Creativity is relationship.
My creative work is fed primarily by two relationships:
3. Creativity is Community.
At its heart, creative work longs to be shared. We are social animals to the core, and creative work gives us the opportunity to share our unique inner worlds with our community. There’s a deep joy that comes from that feeling of being seen so deeply, and contributing to the communal inner life.
My subscribers are my community

current project:
Dreaming Animals
dreamwork and animals
This project asks questions about what it means to dream of animals, and imagine what animals might also dream
more on my creative principles:
#1 Creativity as a Spiritual Path
Life calls us outward to our communities, and inward— to explore our inner world. Creativity is the boat that takes us on our journeys.
#2 Creativity as Relationship
We must know what feeds us, and develop a deep and committed relationship with whatever that might be. This relationship becomes a living thing; it brings us into a state of expansiveness and wonder.
#3 Creativity as Community
Coming Soon
The task of genius is to keep the miracle alive,
to live always in the miracle,
to make the miracle more and more miraculous,
to swear allegiance to nothing,
but live only miraculously,
think only miraculously,
die miraculously.
